Jenny Moody Properties Limited was originally founded in 1985 when Jenny, following in her father’s footsteps with Moody Homes Limited, commenced converting derelict barns and restoring old houses. This continued for several years before the company changed strategy opting for more traditional new homes as their market.

Now in this market sector for over 20 years, the company specialises in creating new homes in Essex built with more style and individuality than many house builders of today.
